<span style="font-size: 14pt;">1. 先將南瓜切薄片，放入電鍋蒸熟備用</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">2.依序將蛋、牛奶、高筋麵粉、酵母、糖、鹽放入麵包機攪拌</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">3.等待麵糰時開始準備南瓜餡</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">4.蒸熟的南瓜加入少許的黑胡椒粒、鹽與鮮奶油後用湯匙搗碎拌勻</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">5.麵糰成型發酵1小時</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">6.切成二份，整型成圓，鬆弛10-20分鐘</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">7.鬆弛後的麵糰桿平鋪上南瓜泥→乳酪絲→起司</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">8.蓋上另一片桿平的麵皮，發酵20分鐘</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">9.發酵後用手指頭在上頭大略搓幾個洞(烤的時候麵皮會膨脹，可以避免爆漿)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">10.表面刷上一層牛奶，烤出來的顏色會更漂亮</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">11.預熱烤箱，上下火160°，烤30分鐘</span></p>
