<span style="font-size: 14pt;">九層塔：2大把</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">大蒜：2-3顆</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">鹽：3g(少了起司粉，所以增加鹽的克數)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">黑胡椒粒：適量</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">檸檬汁：適量</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">橄欖油：100-120ml</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">堅果：適量</span><br />

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">1.先將九層塔去梗，只留葉子的部分，洗淨擦乾</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">2.再把大蒜、堅果、鹽、黑胡椒加入料理機(也可用果汁機)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">3.先加一點橄欖油會比較好打</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">4.一般食譜是加入松子，小編這裡用核桃取代(不加堅果也可以，加入堅果會增加青醬的香氣)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">(一般食譜會加入起司粉，小編沒有特別去買，這邊就省略了)</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">5.攪打的過程中可停下來稍微用筷子撥動一下，把邊邊的葉子撥到中間</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">6.攪打15-20秒，把橄欖油加進去(一開始若打不動，可先把橄欖油一起加入)</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">8.裝入玻璃罐冷藏保存即可</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">麵糰材料：</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">中筋麵粉：300g</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">速發酵母粉： 3g</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">沙拉油： 15g</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">鹽巴： 3g</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">砂糖： 30g </span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">水： 150ml</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">作法：<br />
1.先將水+糖+酵母粉攪拌均勻</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">將麵粉+鹽用筷子拌勻，多次加入酵母水慢慢拌勻，麵粉會成棉絮狀，將麵絮揉成無粉狀成糰，加入油繼續揉(加入油後更好揉了)</span></p>
