<span style="font-size: 14pt;">A麵糰：中筋麵粉350g、熱開水200g</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">B麵糰：中筋麵粉150g、溫開水80g、糖20g，酵母5g</span><span id="more-11857"></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">作法：<br />
1.先燙麵，將燒開的熱水200g緩緩倒入A材料的350g麵粉裡，邊倒邊攪拌，攪拌成棉絮狀後再用手揉成麵糰</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">2.發麵糰，將材料B：中筋麵粉150g、糖20g，酵母5g攪拌一起，緩緩加入80g的溫開水，邊倒邊攪拌，攪拌成棉絮狀後再用手揉成麵糰，B麵糰會偏硬一些，揉不光滑沒有關係，揉成糰就可以了</span></p>
