<span style="font-size: 18px;">檸檬汁15克</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">預熱烤箱180度</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">檸檬磅蛋糕作法：</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">1. 檸檬削皮(只要綠色的部分)，切開榨汁，備用</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">2. 奶油隔水加熱融化， 備用</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">3. 麵粉過篩，備用</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">4. 全蛋打發(打蛋盆隔著溫水會更容易打發)</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">12.放涼後淋上淋醬，完成(冷藏後更好吃)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">淋醬作法：</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">巧克力淋醬：</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">巧克力與鮮奶油比例~1：1</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">沒有鮮奶油就用鮮奶取代，大約~1：0.9</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">1. 切碎巧克力(方便融化)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">2. 加熱鮮奶油，約50度，不可太高溫，太高溫會讓巧克力油水分離</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">3. 將熱鮮奶油倒入巧克力碗中，攪拌融和，完成</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">檸檬糖霜：糖粉與檸檬汁攪拌均勻即可</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 18px;">要淋面的時候再製作，不然會凝固</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;">撒上剩餘的檸檬皮就完成囉~</span></p>
